There you are in the morning, still drowsy and hungering for your first cup of coffee. You are walking enthusiastically to the coffee machine. But oh no… Panic!! The coffee machine is out of beans 🤬.

No need to panic, to fill up the machine with beans;

• Remove the lid from the bean container in the back of the machine
• Grab new beans from the kitchen cupboard beneath the printer
  • If there are no more bags, please inform Chantal and start panicking again.
• Empty the bag in the bean container and put the lid back on. (yes, a whole bag will fit, just keep pouring!)
• Enjoy your coffee ☕

Unfortunately there are sometimes more challenges to face when you are thirsty for a cup of coffee (or tea even!). Like the coffee machine telling you to rinse the milk system or it asking you to start a full rinse of the machine. Of course we want to keep the coffee machine in its best shape, so it can supply us with coffee for as long as possible. The coffee machine will tell you when it wants something. So we can all take good care of our ❤️ beloved coffee machine ❤️

The coffee machine can request you to do the following things:

• Cleaning the milk system
• Cleaning the whole machine
• Refilling the milk
• Refilling the beans
• Getting rid of excess water/coffee grinds

The machine will tell you exactly what it wants and how you need to do it. So don’t be afraid to do so ;)
