As you may know, you are free to use 10% of your time to spend on things that are fun! Like open source, learning new skills, being creative or even just playing a game of darts with a colleague.
<aside> 🗣 Baseflow’s founders started this company with a People First vision. Meaning that if employees enjoy their work, are trusted as experts and get lots of freedom, it results in quality work and happy customers. The last few years this approach has proven itself. Our company is growing fast and our partners feel that we work together with them as one team.

This is al small snippet from a blog Elbert once wrote, you can find it here!
Just like the other hours you’re working, you need to register this 10% Creative Time. You can do this the following way:
For ‘customer’ choose ‘Baseflow B.V.’ Now for the ‘What task’ field you can find ‘10% Creative Time’. Choose this option and fill in the amount of hours you’ve spend on creative time. You don’t have to add a note to the hours booked, but it would be nice for us to see what you’ve spend your 10% Creative Time on! We’re curious what you are learning or doing to relax!

<aside> 💡 Tip! You don’t have to use your 10% free time every week. You can also save them up to spend a whole day on your free time. For example: If you work 40 hours per week, this means that you have 4 hours of free time to spend in a week. You can save these 4 hours for next week and combine them with the 4 hours of that week to create a whole day of fun stuff! Please note: you cannot save up a week worth of creative time and spend a week on creative time only. But we think you could’ve guessed that ;)
