If you’re the last person to leave the office, please check if all the windows are closed, the lights are off and if the dishwasher(s) have been turned on. Close the doors and check if they are really closed. Let’s keep all the valuables in the office safe 😊

Rooms

Chapel

Windows

In the chapel are several windows along both sides that can be opened, make sure those are closed. The windows can be closed with the handles on the base of the window. There is also a set of doors in the back (below the emergency escape route sign) that should be closed and locked.

Heating

The chapel room has ( grouped and automated ) heating that turn off automatically at the end of the day.

Lights

The chapel has several lighting systems. All lights can be controlled by the light switches. They are located at the entrance of the chapel. When you enter the room there are 4 round black buttons on your left hand side.

Ground floor meeting rooms

Windows

All meeting rooms have one or more windows that can be opened. Make sure they are closed. It helps if you close them after leaving a meeting room during the day.

Heating

The 0.10 corridor meeting room has manual heating that needs to be turned off at the end of the day, where the rest of the meeting rooms have automatic heating.
