Responsibilities

• Developing strategies and policies to improve and maintain the culture.
• Creating products such as the Baseflow Academy.
• Organizing activities such as adventures and the annual Family Day.
• Evaluating employee satisfaction (e.g., through surveys like the Trust Index Employee Survey) and following up with appropriate actions.

Mandate

The Culture Circle is authorized to independently make decisions on all initiatives that contribute to strengthening the company culture, within the strategic guidelines of Baseflow and the allocated budget. Decisions that impact other circles require coordination with the relevant circles.
