It also requires an extra effort to make sure you stay connected with your colleagues. And yes, we expect you to be in the office for meetings like the MoMo, sprint demos, retrospectives, etc.

You’re right! You will make all kinds of costs when you are traveling to the office or when you are working from home. We do provide you with a travel allowance and a working-from-home allowance. However, you have to claim these yourself.
Claiming your travel costs for commuting to the office or working from home allowance is very easy. Just login on the Baseflow platform and navigate to the ‘working location’ tab. Here you can indicate where you worked for every day of the week. The platform will automatically register this to TimeChimp, so you will get the right allowances.
